 14 Facts on the Out-going Kanzanzu Senior Chief Maluki Mangala 

1. Chief Maluki mangala Mwalili is the out-going administrator of Kanzanzu Location in mumbuni  Division, Mwingi central sub-County in Kitui County. He has a combined 40 years career in public service, according to records.

 2. A lover of education and empowerment, in his 40 years of exemplary service, the retiring Chief has ensured that nearly every house hold in Kanzanzu  location has a degree holder. 

3. A Christian and a highly sanctimonious man, the Chief is credited with enforcing the ban on illicit brews in Kanzanzu location No karibu in the  localion. 

3.Chief Mangara is credited for ratcheting up and enhancing high standards of security in Kanzanzu and it's environs by pioneering for the establishment of a police line in the location - to the chagrin of law breakers. 

4. During his development oriented tenure, the Chief has played a pivotal role in the establishment of 5 new primary schools 3 secondary schools in his locality- with 100 percent enrollment.

6.Students enrolment in both sec and pry schs doubled during his tenure.

7. The out-going administrator also pioneered the establishment of  3 dispensaries in Kanzanzu Location.

 8. With the adept assistance of Hon. Gideon Mulyungi, MP Mwingi Central, the chief opened up feeder roads connecting all his administrative areas.

10. More churches were opened and  Kanzanzu is now populated by one  pious and God fearing people.

11. The Chief spearheaded the formation of Self-Help groups  hence uplifting livelihoods and cohesion in the loc.

12.He is leaving the location United and people living in harmony - unlike before when he joined the service.

13. During his tenure close to 1000 students went to University. Several attained Masters and have been honoured to have the first Doctorates.  Not forgetting the PS Xxx, an MP Gideon MULYUNGI and County Women Rep Irene Kasalu including Doctors ,. Directors and many more senior Government Servants.

15. Kanzanzu hosts the highest number of local pastors in Kitui County.                            16.Facilited creation of three sub locs and two new locs which are yet to be have   officers employed.
