A noble and novel initiative dubbed 'Wamama Na Tata' that is seeking financial ways and means towards empowering the livelihoods of more than 10,000 women in Kitui County is the game changer in Kitui senatorial politics.
As the stretch towards 2022 General Elections looms in earnest, the already crowded senatorial sufferage in Kitui County is getting hotter than Negev desert as new, elite professional aspirants throw their political hats in the ring, reports COUNTY DIARY.
And the man of the moment is none other than the towering, fatherly and polished politician and financial technocrat Hon. Kathingi Nguu, popularly known as Senator Tata.
The noble project spearheaded by the elite politician and owner of Davkat Ventures International is seeking creative and profitable roadmap towards empowering women in the semi-arid vast Kitui County.In a nutshell, the Incoming Kitui senator is not only creating proper marketing channels for farmers produce and harvest but equipping them with capacity to earn more money in the regional markets.

Launching the long- term project that could be a benchmarking blueprint in years to come, Tata said;
"As our farmers and especially rural women rush to harvest their produce especially Nzùù in this season, my project is to cushion them from brokers who are raring to come and hoodwink them for their own self-interests perse.
"My project blueprint is targeting Mwingi North, Mwingi West and Kitui East as starting sub counties"
"We have rolled out this project in parts of the above sub-counties and soon we will be doing the same in parts of Mwingi Central and Kitui Central after the Covid-19 pandemic.
Therefore, my Clarion Call is that our people should not sell their harvest to the businessmen especially those who do not come from our community.
They should be wise during this season and in the future and especially due to uncertainty of the future due to Covid-19.
The straight shooting Senator is an experienced financial consultant having been working with major financial institutions in the country handling Equity, Money markets and balanced fortifolis through Davkat Ventures International a company he fully owns.

Tata, a senior financial consultant whose grip in finance and marketing could be his Trump Card in 2022 seems confident of his aspirations, leaving his nondescript peers gropping in the dark.
The absence of training and resources for women’s economic organizing, standards of living and precarious economic challenges pushed him to start the noble project.
Terming the initiative as
"Empowering Women in Economic Participation", Senator Tata is seeking to protect women resources during these precarious times by empowering women farmers to overcome the obstacles preventing them from economic insolvency and guarantee their financial survival.
