Welcome to dusty, chocking and pathetic Kiroboko in Mwingi West.

The political heat brewing in Mwingi West over the controversial Kiroboko sand mining debacle could sound a death kennel to some political careers.

As political supremacy between area MP Hon Charles Nguna and County Minister in Charge of Environment and natyural Resources Hon Koki Musau continues to escalate, the poor people of Mwingi West been subjected to a  pathetic, dirty life.

"We live in a filthy and dusty environment with a huge dusty cloud hanging above us, clinging to our clothes and chocking us to death" said Muli Mutemi.

Schools, the homestead has been turned into dusty, roads, impassable, Mwingi West MP Nguna has threatened to lead a demonstration to force the County government to put correct measures to protect the residents.

No impact assessment has been carried out on sound pollution as dusty, creaking lorries mine sand day in day out.

"Markets centers are affected by dust,
Revenue is siphoned out by cartels and we won't withstand it. We will stop the wanton theft.

Welcome to Kiroboko.
