KITUI- Hon Patrick Koki, famously known as Kuvasila, is not your average Joe when It comes to devolution and governance politics in Kitui County.
The man currently at the helm of Tourism Sports Culture in Kitui County Government attracts both friends and foe with equal measure.
Kuvasila is a workholic. He is also assertive, humorous, eloquent and commands a fanatic following inside and out of the government spheres.
He’s simple and wears a smile, easily gets cozy with big and small fry making him the most sought after and easily accessible minister among the Ngilu ministers.
The only tested politician in Governor Ngilu’s government having twice contested the Mwingi West parliamentary seat, Tourism, Culture and Sports Minister, Patrick Koki Musau aka Kuvasila has also attracted but weathered many storms.
He is loved by all.
During the Kchic registration drive He led successful registration in Mwingi west and the sub county emerged the number one in kchic registration, the firebrand Minister hon Musau represents the Gvn prefectly in every weekend on several functions, the presence of kitui governor Ngilu is well felt
Through mr Musau popularly Known as Kuvasila whenever the executive is on ground.
His exemplary eloquence in Speech drives masses crazy and leaves many yawning for more, the firebrand Executive is also hated by the governors Enemies and many have resulted tainting image in order to weaken the county government. The CEC is not in good book with Ngilu haters.
