MWINGI- Anti-corruption crusader and firebrand lawmaker Mwingi Central Hon. Gideon Mulyungi added another feather to his cap as he led a phalanx of MPs drawn from the Parliamentary Committee on Energy to coal-rich Mui Basin yesterday.

The high-profile visit led by the Energy committee chairman Hon David Gikari comes fast in the heels of a furious lobbying and a 800 signature petition that the Wiper strongman delivered on the floor of the 12th Parliament - defending the Mui people against fake title deeds.

"A proper feasibility study must be done before any talks of compensation. The haphazardly issued title deeds pushed me to the floor of the House to put the Lands CS to the task to rectify the anomalies" said the MP at Mathuki.
