MWINGI- The Mwingi Central Constituency CDF accounts are open, transparent, clearly articulated, published real-time online and open to the wider public for scrutiny and criticism, The MP Director of Communications has said.

The MP media aide was speaking when he announced the NG CDF mobile platform and URLs addresses to all online platforms where the wider the public can enquire, monitor and track amounts issued by the legislator whether personal or from the NG CDF coffers.
