MWINGI- A youthful Mwingi politician is rolling his shirt sleeves and training his guns on the Mwingi Central Ward
seat at the Kitui County Assembly, local media reported Thursday.

Alex Maingi James, 26 is set to launch his draft development blueprint for Mwingi Central blueprint that will enable the electorate gauge his outlined development promises during the upcoming 2022 suffrage at the ballot box as ward politics hot up to a push and shove affair, even before the embattled local MCA Mary Kanini ties her shoe laces.

Among the key working cohorts that the young, suave graduate will be giving a priority include more jobs for youths, educational sponsorships, water and infrastructure, a sneak peak at the draft revealed Thursday.
