MWINGI- Kitui Wiper development icon and popular MP Gideon Mulyungi today commenced his ambitious Mp Manifesto aimed at upgrading educational institutions in Mwingi when he disbursed Ksh 300,000 to all 180 primary schools-- and a further Ksh 500,000 to 56 secondary schools in Mwingi Central, local media reported.



More than 1,200 school committee representatives drawn from 6 wards, KNUT officers, County commissioners, over 10 politicians, chiefs, parents, pupils and teachers attended the historic fete held at Mwingi Gardens today afternoon.



"My 5 Year MP Manifesto advocates for corruption free Service Delivery to all my poor people. My CDF transparent funds will be used for renovations, face lifting and upgrading of institutions of learning that have rusted, that have become derelict due to the utter neglect by past regimes" said the prolific and maestro Wiper Mp today in Mwingi.

The Mp further praised President Uhuru Kenyatta and DP William Ruto for their upcoming development goodies to Kitui that include water, heath care and infrastructure upgrades in the semi-arid county.
