'As i preside over the launch of the NHIF card in my region, I must congratulate the President Uhuru Kenyatta for his subsidised and sustainable health care NHIF system in the country.
My residents in the arid Mwingi, and indeed all Kenyans stand to benefit immensely from this timely health insurance cover. I therefore urge everyone, old and young, women and children to take up this grand opportunity and register for the NHIF card' said area Mp Gideon Mulyungi today afternoon after his convoy snaked through Mwingi town drumming and urging residents to register for NHIF card.
"NHIF can come in handy especially when you are admitted in Government, mission hospitals and some private hospitals as it will cater for all the expenses as along as you have been remitting your monthly
payments" said NHIF officials at the registration tent.
