MWINGI MCA Mary 'Philma' Kanini--the erstwhile Jubilee leaning politician who clinched the Mwingi MCA seat as an independent, has publicly declared her total support to popular area Mp and the Wiper party, MP PRESS reports.

Speaking while accompanying legislator Gideon Mulyungi to condole The Kivangulis, the MCA outlined her chequered development record, while vowing to work hand in hand with the Mp towards the 'New Mwingi'
