Arrest Nuu ACC Over Ngilu Charcoal Ban-Mwingi Mp

Hawk-eyed Mwingi town Mp Gideon Mulyungi on Sartuday singled out a senior administration civil servant in Nuu as the chink in the chain as Ngilu's war on charcoal burning threatened to claim its first casualty.



The upcoming anti-corruption crusader told reporters that a 'A D.O around here is running a charcoal business, he has two lorries to ferry charcoal. I want him arrested if Jubilee is serious on mitigating rampant deafforestation in the arid Kitui region' Mulyungi said after attending a police officer APC Mumo Maundu burial at Ngangani, Nuu in Mwingi Sub County on Saturday.
