TSEIKURU, MWINGI - Mwingi Central Wiper MP Hon Gideon Mulyungi today visited and meticulously inspected the solemn funeral preparations and protocols at Tulimani village, Tseikuru in Mwingi, Kitui County where late Mzee Musyoka Mairu will be laid to rest on Friday, local media said.

The MP was met by senior government officials, local politicians, top security teams including community members who have been visiting the twin homes daily to condole the family.



"Hon Mulyungi has also condoled the family, the Tseikuru community and signed a visitors book at Mzee Mairu residence at Kalimani village in Tseikuru after thoroughly inspecting every nick and cranny including seating protocols, choppers landing Airstrip and talked to hired companies involved in the solemn affair-nothing is being left to chance" said his *Director of Communications Mr. Patrick Kimanzi* speaking to reporters at Tseikuru Technical Polytechnic this afternoon.

Senior government dignitaries and officials are set to grace the solemn event this Friday 9th November 2018.

The crusher, proposed in 2016 by *Lower Yatta Multi-purpose Cooperative Society* was set to benefit more than 9,000 members but the machinery is sitting idle to date due to the controversy surrounding it's ownership.
