Famous Kisithe Case Dismissed - High Court

KITUI The famous and frenzied "Kisithe phrase" case that captured the attention of Kenyans during the General Elections last year has been dismissed by High Court, MP PRESS can authoritatively reveal.
Journalists seeking comments from a popular Wiper MP who was embroiled in the case were instead referred to the legislator's Spokesman Mr. Patrick Kimanzi.

The MP, whose phone went unanswered, was said to be chairing a CDF oversight meeting rendezvous in a Mwingi hotel.
"Our development conscious legislator Dr. Gideon Mulyungi is focussing solely on development matters for his poor people.
"Sustained development for his Mwingi people, sustained development for Kitui County and sustained development for Ukambani region in general is his forte.
"To see and achieve development in Ukambani - and for the Kamba Nation to get a fare share from the national cake is Hon Mulyungi's mandate and MP Manifesto; as we grow together towards in a development conscious suffrage in future" said his Director of Communications Mr. Patrick Kimanzi speaking to the media yesterday afternoon in Mwingi.
