But Alas! Bwana Honorable Minority, our current Governor was a fronter during the crusade against coal mining during the previous government, nothing has changed. What moral, convincing authority does She have to make such a drastic U turn on coal. We need leaders with clear stand and direction.

Don't say one thing, think of another and act differently. Don't preach water and drink wine. The public require direction from leadership, that's exactly what Hon Mulyungi and the team is doing, yes!!!
