Mwingi Central Mp, Public Investments, Roads, Infrastructure House Commitees Member, Arch. Dr. Gideon Mulyungi addressing the Press at his Kalisasi home on Sunday when he revealed plans for a motion towards disbanding NTSA.

The legislator is citing runaway corruption, negligence, nepotism, bribery, poor training, failure to curb road carnage and glaring collusion with police as key reasons to pull out the plug on NTSA.
