BY PATRICK KIMANZI, MP PRESS Editor

KITUI - Mwingi Central Wiper MP Gideon Mulyungi MP Manifesto development CDF blueprint has maintained a pole position in Kitui County.

This is according to an opinion poll published today, local media reported today evening.

The recent opinion poll, gleaned from CDF Fund utilisation amongst Kitui County constituencies placed the fiery Wiper maestro development legislator at 84%, amongst the eight sub- counties, the poll by Kitui Newspaper revealed on Friday.

The survey was carried out between January 2018 and June 30th 2018, utilising data from CDF offices and news groups in the County, the Kitui Newspaper Editor Brian told the Press.

The former Works PS, at the helm of Mwingi Central constituency, whose starling development performance is largely buoyed by his fierce anti-corruption stance, has been escalating his MP Manifesto since his August 2017 majority election to the 12th Parliament.

"The MP CDF Bursaries disbursement, among his other development cohorts below, is what has been winning the hearts and minds of his Mwingi electorate.

"His recent improvements of learning institutions, road repairs, beefing of security against Somali bandits at his Ukasi-Tana border, the electricity extensions, including water catchment tanks distributions, personal hospital bills donations, youth and women empowerment and protection of environment and natural resources are notable key achievements of the best managed CDF Funds" his Director of Communications Patrick Kimanzi told the Press today evening.
