NGALANGE, Tseikuru- When 10 MPs and over 20 MCAs led by Kitui East MP Nimrod Mbai descended on the sleepy Ngalange village in Tseikiru last week,with the blessings of Wiper leader HE Kalonzo Musyoka, the area MCA was all banquets and no barbs from his seniors.



Meet Hon. Kilaa Kasina, the bespectacled suave and elite Tseikuru MCA who is a shining star in the Wiper family due to his unparalleled development record.



"I must thank the local MCA Hon.Kilaa who is very prolific in development matters. During the July floods he made sure that more than 2000 residents got a reprieve from Devolution CS.



He has also been adept in securing water, murram roads and bursaries projects for his Tseikuru Ward" said area MP Hon. Nzengu.
