MWINGI-Residents and applicants for Mulyungi CDF bursaries in Mwingi Central have today welcomed the transparency boost at Mulyungi CDF, terming as God's favour the auspicious ordination of Pst. Mulwa Mutambu--a former school master, who was yesterday ordained at Independent Prysbeterian Church (IPC) Mwanyani, Mwingi where Hons.
