MWINGI-Residents and applicants for Mulyungi CDF bursaries in Mwingi Central have today welcomed the transparency boost at Mulyungi CDF, terming as God's favour the auspicious ordination of Pst. Mulwa Mutambu--a former school master, who was yesterday ordained at Independent Prysbeterian Church (IPC) Mwanyani, Mwingi where Hons. " We even have choppers! and we have all the blessings from the top echelons of Wiper Party leadership. We intent to market the Wiper party across the country" said the head of Kyeni Kitu Foundation speaking to WIPERPRESS Editor. The more than 300 youths intend to make the political party a party that Kenyans can use for benchmarking through its Manifesto. "H.E Kalonzo Musyoka is the only kingpin in Ukambani.
