MWINGI-Residents and applicants for Mulyungi CDF bursaries in Mwingi Central have today welcomed the transparency boost at Mulyungi CDF, terming as God's favour the auspicious ordination of Pst. Mulwa Mutambu--a former school master, who was yesterday ordained at Independent Prysbeterian Church (IPC) Mwanyani, Mwingi where Hons. Roads that had been reduced to cattle tracks, and where gulleys, boulders and deep canyons obstructed roads is now a thing of the past as two powerful Tsunami graders lumber along, grading road networks as villagers watch in awe.
