MWINGI--When Dr. Gideon Mulyungi personal bursary to over 3,000 students hit the 10 million mark during the August 2017 elections, the Wiper architect-politician and former Works PS went ahead thrashing rivals in an unprecedented, historic landslide win garnering over 30,000 votes at the ballot.
The triumph would give NASA deputy Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka the key grip, and numbers that he required for consolidating Wiper Ukambani suffrage politics against Jubilee incursions in Kitui, this is despite the arch-rival running a well oiled campaign jaggernaut.

Gideon Mulyungi's love for his poor people in the arid Mwingi via his escalating community burial assistances, paying detained patients hospital bills, running a transparent CDF bursaries, building new colour roof classes, et al that is giving the Mp, famous for financial ways and means, his daily trending popularity grip on the psyche of the Kitui electorate in recent times.
