MWINGI-Wiper politician Hon. Benard Sila Munyasia has lambasted current road works and grading of ward thoroughfares as shoddy, poor and pathetic, terming sporadic breakdowns of the county graders as negligence by Mwingi MCA Mary 'Philma' Kanini .

Adding that the on-going grading works do not meet quality ISO KERRA guidelines, the popular Mwingi CDF officer also called on the Kitui County Government to expedite road repairs as the current April rains pound the region.
