Dr. Gideon Mulyungi has assured medics slated for posting to Mwingi L4 hospital that his town is vibrant, ambient and safe from malcontents--addin that Mwingi town has a wide, highly patrolled and surveiled buffer zone with adquate security checks.

Mwingi does not ditectly share a porous border with the volatile Garissa County, actually Tana River does' the Mp told TV reporters Sartuday. MP PRESS
