MWINGI- Hundreds of boda boda operators and their Probox PSV counterparts today met Mwingi traffic commanders and Mwingi Central MP Gideon Mulyungi on how to effectively implement Michuki Rules highway code in the constituency.

Roads that had been reduced to cattle tracks, and where gulleys, boulders and deep canyons obstructed roads is now a thing of the past as two powerful Tsunami graders lumber along, grading road networks as villagers watch in awe.
