BY PATRICK KIMANZI, MP PRESS Director
MWINGI, Monday - Women self help groups yesterday afternoon received an extra Ksh 300,000 more to sustain their table banking activities from area Wiper MP Dr.Gideon Mulyungi at his Kalisasi residence in Mwingi.

"Today we will not talk about what Hon. Mulyungi has done on students bursaries, on school renovations or his philanthropy to our people. No!

No! Today we will give you a brief account of what the MP Manifesto has been doing on women groups. Apart from the Ksh 300K the MP has doled out today, the MP has been bought hundreds of plastic seats, tents and brought accessible Uwezo funds to our women and youths groups" said Mr. Paul Matiti of Uwezo Fund yesterday at Kalisasi where MP hosted women self help groups.

"The Wiper MP, whose MP Manifesto on Women & Youth Empowerment includes capacity building, financial empowerment and fundraising trainings for all self-help groups in Mwingi Central constituency.
The MP projects to steadily increase the donations for women and youths towards the sustainability of their livelihoods and escalate capacity building of their grassroots activities", MP *Director of Communications Patrick Kimanzi* said today speaking to local reporters in Mwingi.
