MACHAKOS - HE Kalonzo Musyoka's Wiper party - still smarting from it's resounding triumph in Kitui West - is flexing its political muscles for yet another looming landslide victory at the Machakos gubernatorial repeat poll, Wiper pundits told MP PRESS on Friday.

Banquets for Wavinya, Barbs for Alfred 'Bad' Mutua Came Fast and Furious
The victory drums for Wavinya Ndeti, and the barbs for Alfred 'Bad' Mutua - came first and furious, even before the dust settled on the three-judge bench of the Appeals Court ruling that tuned the tables on the former Government spokesman.
Mulyungi Calls For Total Block Wiper Vote In Machakos
Leading the onslaught today was none other than the Wiper maestro Mwingi Mp Gideon Mulyungi, who said the time to liberate Machakos and welcome it to the Wiper fold was overdue.

"What do you smell when Wiper is cooking? We are going to beat the drums for Wavinya and turn the tables on our detractors, turn the tables on the enemies of our cohesion, our development and enemies of Kamba unity.

Hon. Mulyungi political drumsticks were quickly picked up by his Mwingi West counterpart Hons. Charles 'CNN' Nguna, Hon. Nimrod Mbai, Hon.Malili and echoed down the party pecking order by a phalanx of Wiper MCAs drawn from Kitui County Assembly who vowed to protect the Kambaland from encroachment.

"We want Wavinya in. We knew victory was was coming - it was a matter of time' said MCA Jefferson Kiruru ( Nguni) flanked by his Kivou and Mui counterparts Charles Maema and Hon. Kavolonza respectively.

“The appellant’s appeal is allowed and the judgement and order of the High Court given on 9th February 2018 is hereby set aside. It is hereby directed that the third respondent was not validly declared as the Governor of Machakos County. IEBC is herby directed to organise and conduct a fresh election for the position of the Governor of Machakos County in conformity with the constitution, the Elections Act and the relevant regulations,” he declared.
