Make More Babies, Shun FP-Wiper Mp

Kathonzweni, Mui: Flamboyant Mwingi Wiper Mp Gideon Mulyungi yesterday waded into the controversy that is Family Planning, and told Kamba people to shun long-term family planning methods while making more babies for the tribe, local media reported Monday.
'Family Planning? What family planning? retorted the fiery legislator to reporters while on humanitarian mission to Mui Ward flood victims.
'The hard truth is that Kambas are being targeted by the so called FP so that our population remains minimal. We can use other methods but not long-term family planning. We need people, just like the rest of them' said the popular Mp after distributing foodstuffs, blankets, iron sheets and new planting seeds more than 400 people displaced by floods at Kathumo and Kathonweni in the extremes of Mui Ward.
So what is Family Planning?
Family planning services are defined as "educational, comprehensive medical or social activities which enable individuals, including minors, to determine freely the number and spacing of their children and to select the means by which this may be achieved".
