BY PATRICK KIMANZI, MP PRESS EDITOR NAIROBI - A popular Wiper Member of Parliament is prevailing on President Uhuru Kenyatta not to freeze new projects in Ukambani, reports MP PRESS Mwingi Central Mp Gideon Mulyungi wants Wiper MPs to agree on the best way to raise their concerns to the President, his Communications Director Patrick Kimanzi said Wednesday. Others including South Mugirango's Sylvanus Osoro , the Parliamentarians maintained that the President had no right to unilaterally freeze all projects that had been budgeted. The MPs expressed their anger about the move to have all projects approved by the Treasury and the Office of the President. I came out with projects and State goodies for my poor, neglected people of Mwingi.
